Because one hour is not sufficient for what you’ve eaten to be processed by your stomach, so it’s still there. And tongue and nose have the same-ish receptors to (organic) chemicals (that’s why smelling something gives you an idea of what it will taste like), so basically the burp contains the “aromas” of the foods eaten, and you re-smell and re-taste it.
