Why do filtered boiled water have more ppm than normal filtered water?

The question is not well formated. ppm is part per million like how percent is part per hundred. So a glass of water will always be 1 000 000 ppm like a glass of water is 100%.

So what is in the water are you looking at? If you boil water some will evaporate and leave the container so the same amount of for example salt that does not evaporate will be a higher fraction of the total around because water is removed. But if you instead measured something else like ethanol that boils at a lower temperature then water vill evaporate first so the ppm count of ethanol decreases if you boil water,

So ppm of what in water are you asking about?

Let’s say I have a 1L solution of 1% salt water. If I boil off half of the water then I will have 0.5L of water but the same amount of salt which will be 2%

This is assuming none of the salt gets taken away with the boiled water. Certain things dissolved in water will not boil off with water though
