Why do genital size vary wildly from person to person despite most other body parts being roughly the same proportions as everyone else?

I don’t think there is anything unique about the variation in size? All bodies have different proportions. Sorry you ended up with a small pp

They don’t. 95% of all erect penises fall between 3.9 and 6.5 inches. It’s a pretty narrow distribution

do they vary wildly? hands and feet can be super different

They are just as much “roughly the same proportions as everyone else” as any other body part. It sounds like you simply have either preconceptions or hangups.

What do you mean other body parts are roughly the same?

Bones of every single person are of different lengths, thickness and density. Body lipid composition is different in every person, the colour of skin and hair is different in every person, hair texture is different in different people.

Not even identical twins, who share 100% of their DNA, are always the same physically.

The Air Force, troubled by the fact that plane seats need to be tailored to each pilot, measured every pilot, and averaged all the values, expecting it to fit everybody.

Turns out, it explicitly didn’t fit anybody.

Every body shape is different.

Your assumption is incorrect: Most all other body parts can vary considerably in size, it’s not just genitals.

One of the answers is likely, that it doesn’t matter at all for sexual reproduction and therefore evolution gave the possibility that small penile owners could exist. Also, it depends on the body, it would be wierd if my 2meters was paired with ex small feet

Evolution revolves around survival and mating. Humans don’t typically mate based on genital sizes, they mate on muscles/fitness, facial composition, and perhaps more uniquely, personality.

In other words, there is no need for evolution to filter out smaller or larger penises or to have one size that’s best because people will factor many other things when deciding if they want to have sex. If, over the course of human history, women only had sex with men whose penises were say 5”, then you’d probably find more penises would be close to that. The standard deviation for penis sizes across men is more than enough to inseminate and thus never needed to be changed really

Other body parts aren’t roughly the same proportion. You’re starting with a false narrative. Every really looked at ears?
