Mature people don’t do that. Anyone who does is doing so because they lack healthy anger management skills and should see a therapist.

Acting out in a violent way in reaction to something such as losing your phone, spilling your coffee, etc is a sign of mental immaturity and possible mental illness. If you are so fragile that something so small and insignificant can cause you to react in such a way, that means that mentally you are extremely fragile and need to talk to a medical professional… violence is only the correct response when violence is forced upon you or those you care about, not something to be thrown at something trivial
