I felt my nose and wondered why it’s always cold

Our body, at the easiest explanation, would rather sacrifice extremities such as fingers and toes by keeping our core warmer via circulation.

i think its because the heat goes to your important organs like your heart, kidneys, etc so your nose, hands, ears get cold easily. your body wants to keep the important stuff warm, your nose is not really important

Your nose isn’t a vital organ that needs a delicate balance of temperature to keep you alive, it’s just a tube that lets oxygen in. With that said it’s close to the brain which remains fairly warm but it protrudes out of your face and therefore it’s the first thing that obviously loses heat to the environment. If the nose was an important organ like the penis/balls it would have had some sort of protective mechanism for thermoregulation.
