Why do some injections leave you sore and others don’t?

It depends on the type of injection some injections go just below the skin into the fatand tend to not hurt very much but some go much deeper into the muscle those are the ones that tend to hurt and even bruise you can also get injections into a vien and they feel like getting blood drawn
bore size of needle, technique of injector, what in the path of the needle, muscles/nerves/fat, skin/muscle tension, what is actually injected, How much is injected, how deep it is injected your clotting/inflammation factors. immune/allergic response.
