There are many possible reasons. First is what u/haplo0 mentioned, if the mirror isn’t perfectly flat then it will give a different reflection.
There are also issues of what the mirror is made of, or if it is covered in glass or some other material.
Fun fact: aluminum is actually green. We often can’t see it because all we notice is what is reflected, but if you use two mirrors to make an infinite-tunnel you can see the image turn green far into the tunnel.
Other reflective surfaces might give different hues.
