Why do some nuts make milk and others oil?

Maybe I’m basing this on a false premise. Can you get oil and milk from any nut? How does this work? Thanks

All nuts contain an amount of fat and protein.
You can buy nut oil from any nut or any seed.
Some are cheap like peanuts some are very expensive.

So called nut milk is not really milk it is a milk look a like
that can be made from nearly everything.

Some taste well like almond or oat milk some tast ugly like soy milk.
But we can add any kind of flavor.
While the later soy milk shows that this kind of product can be made even from beans.

How to make anything to milk?

Take a small amount of the anything like 10% oat.
Roast them to get a nicer taste and color.
Grind it to flour mix it up with 90% water,
add some salt sugar whatever the market requests,
add some “magic” like stabilizers to prevent the ingredients to separate.

If there comes a tasty hype for bread milk,
be sure the food industry is able to make milk from old bread.
