Imagine filling a jar with rocks

If you use small rocks imagine how close you can get that jar to being truly full

If you use big rocks imagine how much space is still left in the jar when you can’t get another rock in

The burn is a build up of lactic acid. When you lift heavy weights, you fatigue faster than it can build up. It’ll catch up with you tomorrow.
