Why do we get into routines of shitting at the same every day? What throws these routines out of whack?

Because you get into routines of eating lunch at about the same time every day. Typically because of work / jobs / regular work schedules. So when new food hits the stomach, the intestines eventually (after about 30 minutes – 1 hour) feel the need to empty out to make room for the food that’s going to pass down from the stomach pretty soon.
