When someone gets hit hard on the head, they might go “K.O.” and pass out. This happens because the brain moves around inside the head. Imagine the brain floating in a bowl of water. When you shake the bowl, the brain moves and bumps into the sides. This can make the brain feel funny and stop working for a little while.

Sometimes, the brain moves really fast and hits the inside of the head, which can make a person go unconscious. It’s like when you spin around really fast and get dizzy. The brain needs a moment to get back to normal. Also, getting hit in certain spots, like the jaw, can make the body react by lowering blood pressure, which can also make someone pass out.

So, when someone gets knocked out, it’s because their brain got shaken up and needs a moment to rest and recover.

So its mainly cause of the shock/impact than the hardness or shape of the object, boxing gloves arent that hard but people still det knocked out from them. How it works is that your brain floats in your head in some liquid and when your head gets a sudden impact from one side the freely floating brain hits the wall of your head and it shuts off to protect itself. Thats what i know correct me if im wrong.

Imagine your brain is like a soft jelly in a hard shell. That hard shell is your head.
When someone hits you really hard on the head, it’s like shaking the jelly inside the shell. The jelly (your brain) gets all mixed up and confused. It’s like when you spin around really fast and feel dizzy. Your brain needs a little time to calm down and figure out what’s going on. That’s why you get knocked out!
