Why do we get pimples on the face, but not or rarely on other parts of the skin such as the palms?

The palms of your hands and the soles of your feet are a different…type?…texture? I don’t know how to define it. It’s nonporous though, meaning the sweat and oil buildup that causes acne doesn’t seep through that skin. Also why hair doesn’t grow there.

Pimples happen when the sebaceous glands or oil glands (different from the sweat glands) are clogged or infected. Sebaceous glands are not found are not present on the palms and soles whilst the skin on your face and scalp has most of it, hence making pimples more prominent on the face and even scalp.
