What do you mean get sweat? People sweat because people cool by evaporation. You sweat when you’re hot and the sweet evaporates cooling you off.

When we exercise, our body gets hot. To avoid it getting too hot, we start to sweat. The sweat then evaporates ‘stealing’ some warmth from our body to cool it

Sweat is the body’s cooling system. Whenever water heats up enough to evaporate it takes that much of the body’s energy with it in the form of heat.

Sweat is indirectly correlated with health because when we exercise the body heats up due to friction inside the muscles.

Pigs don’t sweat, that’s why they roll in mud, liquid met with air has a cooling effect that humans produce automatically.

When your body temperature goes up either from a hot day in the sun or exercise, your body has to release that heat or else it will overheat (fever) and things will go south if it gets too hot.

Our bodies have sweat glands which release water (and other things like salt) when our body starts to feel hot. The sweat will be secreted to the surface of the skin via ducts and sweat pores. Your skin gets wet. The sweat evaporates releasing body heat into the air. Your body cools down.
