The body dedicates energy to keeping the contents of the bladder warm for some reason so the more full your bladder is, the more of your heat energy is dedicated to that area and less dedicated to the rest of your body.

Once you have evacuated your bladder then the amount of energy your body uses to keep things warm is once again evenly distributed throughout your whole body.
