It’s like when you do physical exercise. Sweat is a natural way for your body to cool down. So when you get out of a shower and you’re still hot, your body will sweat to lower your body temp. It seems counter intuitive since the sweat itself may seem hot, but still the skin opening it’s pores will help cool you down.
