Assuming you arent talking about directly after physical exertion (excercise/manual labor), then the cold from being tired is due to low blood flow. The slower your blood flow, the less warmth is being spread from your core to your extremities. Extremities (hands, ears, nose, toes, etc) have a higher rate at which they lose warmth compared to legs/torso, which cools you off faster, making you feel colder as a result. An easy (depending on why) way to warm up could be to stretch or other movements that get the blood flowing.

Always assumed both being tired and feeling cold are related to running low on fuel and/or recovery (food and sleep), often simultaneous because of our schedules/behavior. Just guessing but it seems so logical……….. ??

Circadian rhythm is your bodies biological clock, when your body prepares for sleep there are several things that take place including a decrease in blood pressure causing your body to cool. [https://images.app.goo.gl/W8Erb3y21nFgVHP87](https://images.app.goo.gl/W8Erb3y21nFgVHP87)
