Why do you always feel thirsty on eating fish?

Technically, it all depends on how you cook your fish.

If it’s high in sodium (salt) then you will feel more thirsty because “too much sodium”

Your “thirst center” knows when your body fluid is too salty and sends you a message to drink more water so your balance of sodium-to-body-fluid is restored. Your kidney removes excess salt (hence you feel thirsty)

Again, it all depends how you cook the fish (sauce, chips etc)
