Why do you feel extreme dread after an ABO incompatibility

I just learnt that one of the symptoms of receiving the wrong red body fluid type (changed name as the thread gets incorrectly removed) is a strong feeling that something bad will happen. This is kinda interesting and I’m fascinated why and how this happens.

See what you are asking is the sort of stuff that has been baffling scientsis for ages, but here is what could be a logic behind it-when ABO incompatibility occurs, the cells from outside/donor cells are rapidly killed by your immune system, releasing chemicals that literally signal “BAD”. This happens all over the body,so your body can’t localize it but you get chemical signals from all over your body making you feel that something is off(a.k.a. uneasiness or “DREAD” that you mentioned) before it is major enough to produce any sign or symptom.
Another possible mechanism is that in most places our brain is seperated from the blood by a barrier called ‘blood brain barrier’ , but it is lacking in some very small places, and the aforementioned chemicals directly signal our brain, which jnterprets it as “BAD NEWS”.

Hope this was helpful, but just a reminder that there’s no real approved reason for it.
