Being asleep does more than replenish energy. It solidifies memories, as well as any learning you did that day. Beyond that, scientists recently discovered that sleep flushes neurotoxins from your brain. And we aren’t done learning about what is does for us, either! So make sure you sleep regularly, and don’t stay awake for much more than 16 hours.
