Why do you usually feel so much better after throwing up when you feel nauseous?

I remember when I got crossfaded so bad my wife damn near carried me to the shitter 😂, needless to say I don’t smoke anymore after drinking. Plus, when I throw up I make frickin zombie sounds lmao 🤣
