Def talk to your dentist. I have the same problem. Went to a periodontist for a deep cleaning which helped. Also, I have to use a waterpik daily, go for cleanings every 3 months instead of six, and I use a special mouthwash. You can’t reverse whatever damage has been done but you can definitely prevent it from getting worse.
