Why does eating too much sugar may lead to diabetes?

I live in a small Kentucky town where my sheriff employees about 15 deputies. Between then, they’re equipped to hand maybe 40 traffic tickets per night. More than that, and they’ll be overwhelming and unable to respond appropriately.
Your body is setup to handle X amount of sugar per night. If you routinely overwhelm that amount, your body will not be able to respond appropriately.
