Every year people are worried if economy only grew let’s say 2%. If we already have things good, why does it still need to grow and it’s a bad thing if it stays the same?

This is just a small part of the reason but the stock market is a pyramid scheme. If there were not constant growth then it would not really work. A pyramid scheme can only function as long as it is growing.
