Why does it take so long to sober up from Alcohol? Why are people sometimes still drunk after they’ve slept?

Alcohol metabolizes out of your body at .015g% so depending on how much you drink you can still have a lot of alcohol in your system. So with that and depending on your tolerance level you may still be drunk even after sleeping.
