Why does it tickle when somebody tickles you but not when you do it to yourself? And why does it make us laugh?

yo that’s kinda wild. i think it’s cause ur brain knows when ur hand is gonna move so it don’t feel the same. Laughter is just a reflex or somthin. kinda funny huh?
