Why does the gastric HCL not go into the intestines with the food?

Especially when we drink liquids, they should bring some gastric HCL into the intestines.

It does but your pancreases products such as HCO3- and Bile which are basic neutralize it to a stable pH.

It does. The short version is that the pancreas secretes bicarbonate that is excreted into the duodenum (first part of the small intestines) and this neutralises the hydrochloric acid.

It does, the acidity just gets neutralised by a basic substance called bile released into the digestive tract at the beginning of the small intestine.
