The problem with gaining weight is that you’re not using the energy, but you’re stockpiling it. Kinda like if you buy a box of cereal once a week, but you never eat them, you just end up filling your kitchen with them after a year.

This problem is mainly due to a hormonal imbalance, which is due to a lack of proper nutrition mainly, and a lack of exercise.
