Why does your stomach feel like it’s going to come out your mouth when on a rollercoaster?

Newton’s first law of motion. “An object at rest stays at rest, and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.”
It’s similar to when you brake in a car and your seatbelt starts pressing against you harder. Your body wants to stay in motion (going forward), but the car (and seatbelt) are restricting that motion.
On a rollercoaster, that feeling of your stomach going out your throat when you go over a hill is your internal organs trying to remain in motion (going upwards), but your skeleton is restricting that motion, since you’re strapped into the coaster.
