Why does your stomach hurt when you laugh too hard?

I’m not sure how to get post notifications but isn’t it to do with tensing up your stomach muscles from laughing?
When you laugh your lungs and stomach musles flex so its like doing the exercise for abs(idfk what its called)
Well, you use your diaphragm to laugh, it is a muscle, as such, when you put it and pressure like any other muscle it hurts.
Because when i laugh at things i only do it as a coping mechanism when im actually hurting inside
