Why feet are hard to keep the warmness? And why it’s impossible to sleep when they are cold?

The impossibility of sleeping while your feet are cold are individual to you. Feet are hard to keep warm because it is the farthest point away from your core, also known as an extremity. Because of this the warm blood that spreads from your core to the extremities cools down on the way there and there are no major muscles in your feet that allow it to generate it’s own heat easily.

I sleep best with cooler feet to the point that I have a fan blowing lightly on the bottom of my bed and I find it impossible to sleep with warm feet.

Being unable to sleep with cold feet is a “you problem.”

Feet get cold quickly because they have a high surface area, and are the furthest from your torso. It takes blood longer to circulate to and from your feet, so they don’t warm up as fast as other parts of your body.
