why google allows to host videos (YouTube) and photos (google photos) unlimited for free to anyone? How they make money on this?

Your information is the product their selling. You’re providing the data for free. They spend a bunch of money to glean information from this data. Then they sell that information.
Photos have location information on them. Photos have information in them. The people you share them with is information.
Remember, they only promised to keep the information safe from other people. They get to look at it all they want.
