Basically the title. How come YT barely needs to buffer and has a more stable connection comoared to WiFi? Does it depend on the router as well?

It would definitely depend on the quality of the wifi router, distance to the router, and interference with the signal of the router. Other possibilities would include how many people are using the network and what your home internet speeds are.
