Why is ant and roach spray in one when other insects have their own. Are ants and roaches really that similar?

I know that wasp spray, specifically, is in a different container than others because it is intended to be used outside and from further away so the spray nozzle is designed to spray much further and be more concentrated where it hits.
I don’t know about ant/roach spray but I suspect it is similar, the nozzle is designed to be more defuse so you can more easily cover more area.
