You need to define “greasy foods” because I don’t think most people will agree to your sentiment depending on what you mean. If you refer to pizzas and burgers, it is the high amount of salt (which is only a problem if it isn’t accompanied by an adequate water intake, otherwise salt is actually HELPFUL) or more certainly the amount of wheat and thereby gluten causing constipation for you.
A good rule of thumb in terms of constipation for people to go by; water, salt and fat generally aid digestion and defecation. Gluey foods like gluten willl make you constipated. Lots of fibers, insoluble or soluble, can make people constipated too, contrary to popular belief.
