Greek yoghurt is (typically) made by straining some of the excess whey out of yoghurt. That means it has proportionally more fat & protein and less sugar and water than regular yoghurt. Protein and fat tend to make you feel fuller for longer than carbohydrates like lactose, the sugar in yoghurt, and *much* longer than the water in the whey.
