I lift weights on the same muscles every day, but yes if you tear them to the point where there is pain then you have to wait. But the same goes for those other people you’re talking about, they ain’t doin nothing if they hurt the same way

Some perfect answers. But another thing not mentioned so much is time/practicality- relatively low intensity, but long duration exercise can be very effective, especially for developing well balanced strength and endurance, but you *have* to do it for a long time. It just becomes impractical for more people compared to shorter, more intense sessions with recovery

As a mover myself, if i have a particularly hard day of work, i try to rest because i am too sore to work and safely move things. It depends on how much you work and we try not to push our selves too hard but it happens sometimes.
