Why is it that the older you get, the better stretching after waking up feels?



When people are young they don’t really feel the need to stretch, then the older you get the more satisfying it feels and does it ever get to a point where stretching doesn’t feel nice anymore?

Children’s muscles recover rapidly from high intensity exercise. Their muscles process oxygen much more efficiently than the average adult’s. In fact, their muscles behave more like those of a trained adult athlete than those of an adult non athlete.
