Why Is it when you’re sick with a cold/ fever and go to sleep your symptoms get worse when you wake up?

Most of the symptoms you feel when you’re sick are a result of your body trying to fight the sickness. If your symptoms are getting worse it’s usually because your body is working harder to fight against whatever it is that made you sick.
