Why is the milk of cows beneficial for children and why is it less important for adults?

It’s a nutrient rich food with a lot of fat and sugar in it. It’s not good or bad for anyone unless you’re allergic to dairy. It’s good for kids who are underweight since it’s pretty calorie dense, but too much of it is just as bad as too much juice or bacon.

Probably because of the high amount of calcium, which is supposed to be good for the bones. Even though there is other food with a higher amount of calcium.
But when it comes to milk from cows you’ll find all kinds of studies whether it’s beneficial. Some studies even claim that drinking too much milk is bad for your health.

So yeah, I can only think of the calcium as to why it would be beneficial.
