why is tissue beneath the surface of your skin always pink?

Most of your tissue doesn’t have any pigment and so it’s white but also full of blood so pink.
Color inside the body is mostly coincidental, i.e. There is no reason for internal structures to develop a pigment unless they just happen to be made of stuff that has a pigment to it.
