It’s not so much just our brain, it’s more like the chemicals in our brain having unintended consequences. I’m sure people with more technical knowledge and skill can explain it better.

Kus we stuck in our bodies we dont do nothing its like watching a movie… our brains control everything… what you feel what you think when youre hungry etc.. your just a soul stuck inside and the only way you can see the world is thru your eyes. What ever u think u did your brain thought about doing it seconds before…and thats why we get sad

I am not a professional, but here’s what I understand from personal experience…. mood can be greatly affected by an imbalance of neurotransmitters. Here’s an article you may find helpful. https://www.verywellmind.com/what-is-a-neurotransmitter-2795394

I had my [neurotransmitter levels tested](https://www.zrtlab.com/test-specialties/neurotransmitters/) prior to and after using natural supplements to adjust the levels, so my supplementation is science-based. The tests showed the supplements did improve my levels, and my mood improved as a result. I take supplements to boost the ones I’m low in. [5HTP to boost serotonin](https://www.verywellmind.com/5-htp-5-hydroxytryptophan-88320) and [GABA if I’m feeling anxious or stressed](https://www.healthline.com/health/gamma-aminobutyric-acid#uses).
