Why polar bears are considered the largest land carnivore, instead of walruses.

Polar bears are considered the largest land carnivore. But, walruses are land animals and are even bigger, and they eat mainly seafood. Not only they eat meat but they’re in the “carnivora” order along with bears, cats, canines, & other seals. So, why aren’t walruses or elephant seals considered the largest land carnivore?

Terrestrial carnivores. Seals, walruses etc are considered marine mammals because they spend vast majority of their lives in water and are more adapted to it than to life on land.
