Why smoking when bloated/ after a big meal feels” digestive”? Is it the smoke going in and out the lungs?

Not too sure but I’d think it’s the release of dopamine. Kind of like the use of morphine on a much much lower level. You’re body doesn’t feel the discomfort due to that good feeling drug
