Vaseline doesn’t clog pores. So it won’t cause pimples.
You need to wash your pillowcase more often than just when it gets greasy and dirty. And you need to wash your face every with a real face wash. You also sound like a teenager, which means your face is naturally producing a helluva lot more oil so you need to practice even better hygiene.
Cotton pillowcases grow and collect bacteria easier and faster than polyester ones do. So if you are using cotton pillowcases and haven’t washed them recently, that’s probably why you’re getting acne. If you switch to polyester or silk or synthetic fabrics, you’ll see your acne clear up quickly

Not sure what “I wash my pillow when it gets greasy and dirty” actually means? Like once a month? Once a quarter? Once a week?
There are multiple causes of acne, typically:
– hormones
– genetics
– lifestyle, though this has been shown to be minimal
At the end of the day, acne is caused by clogged pores. Vaseline does not clog pores, grease and dirt do.
If a person can see the grease on the pillow it’s been way too long between washes. Should be about once a week and if someone has acne issues recommend:
– use gentle detergent without scents / etc.
– do not use softeners
– do not use drier sheets
– switch pillow sides half way through week or wash more often
– make sure to use face wash
– use facial moisturizer
– use spot treatments as necessary
– eat healthy
– regular exercise and wash away any sweat after exercise
– wait to get older if you are a teenager… hormones are no joke
