No because you didn’t qualify your question with “perfectly rigid” 🙂

Even with it friction the materials in the machine e.g. cogs will come into contact and experience some sort of deformation (elastic or plastic depending on the force and the material). This deformation consumes energy which is dissipated as heat, reducing the energy available to the machine.
