Would it be possible that Namibia also have large groundwater reserves like Libya or Saudi Arabia?

Question

I rarely see or hear about wells deeper than 300-400m in Namibia, maybe if they drill deeper to about 1000m they may also find fossil water like Libya or Saudi Arabia? As far as I know Libya only discovered their major groundwater reserves when they were looking for oil. I know fossil water is non-renewable but if used wisely it will certainly bring some relief to the region.
