You know how a bunch of products have “release toxins” on them. Does that actually mean anything or is it just some marketing phrase?

It’s really a marketing phrase. None of these products are releasing stored up toxins… They are promoting sweating.

Now, that sweat will flush out your pores, release some excess salt and minerals, things like that, and the product you are using may have some benefits, like Epsom Salt being used as an antibacterial agent, so it’s not all bunk and hoakum, but it’s not pulling hidden toxic substances from your body or anything.

i’ve googeled “release toxins” and thats seems to be that detox thing and all i know about detox is, that its a marketing scam

you have a liver and two kidneys to filter out toxins, if they cant do the job, that shit is staying inside your body for a long time (something like heavy metals) and whatever you eat, it wont change much

It’s a marketing phrase. Vendors know that by putting large bold words Release Toxins, they’ll get more sales.
