Your circulatory system is responsible for carrying blood throughout your body. Your pulses are like mini pumps that assist your heart in pumping blood around your body.

Breathing deeply and steadily oxygenates your bloodstream more deeply and evenly so our heart and pulses which synchronize do not have to work so hard or quickly to distribute oxygen evenly to the body.

nb. The circulatory system is responsible for carrying more than oxygen, it distributes your fuel and carrys away your waste to the correct organs via your bloodstream as well as supplying your immune system.

Breathing exercises can be used to increase or decrease the oxygen available causing your circulatory system to speed up or slow down as your organs demand.
