I’ve always been curious but I can’t find much on it that isn’t just “HEE HOO ICE SOLID”

Water can be solid at room temperature, as long as it’s held at enormous pressures, such as when trapped inside a diamond lattice: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ice_VII#Natural_occurrence

Different temperatures and pressures can result in many distinct kinds of water ice, as listed here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ice#Phases

But if we’re talking about atmospheric pressure, we’re stuck with the familiar kind of water ice: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Phase_diagram_of_water.svg
