It’s just the blastocyst. Means that the egg was fertilized and it is a very small clump of cells

The white stringy thing is the chalaza. It anchors the yolk to the white and keeps it from moving around. It disappears if the egg is no longer fresh. Brown spots are considered flaws in the egg (at least in American eggs) and are not allowed in the highest grade. it is generally a blood spot formed in the making of the egg.

The white string is there in the event that the chick isn’t totally satisfied with it’s station in life , well, a noose isn’t out of the question. The brown spot in the yolk is a chicken mafia hit. Think Pesci in Goodfellas.
